To register your interest in joining our team as part of the application process you will be required to submit the below to meet competency & qualification requirements, please ensure you have these available and ready to upload at the time of completing the application form.

• – Recognised Lead Auditor Training Certificate/s
• – CV/resume detailing education and career experience , two references
• – Audit Log
• – PI & PL Insurance Certificates
• – Additional Training Certificates to support auditing and industry competency
• – Valid Police Clearance (mandatory for NDIS Auditors)
• – Valid Working with Children Check (mandatory for NDIS Auditors)

*Note:-

1. In your audit log please ensure you provide client contact identification and telephone no.
2. Total size of all files should be less than 15 Mb
3. If there are multiple files, please add those to a ZIP file and upload
