The Top 6 Reasons Our Clients Choose Us

There are SIX major reasons why our clients choose to come on board with us:

Relationship-first mindset
From the time we opened our doors for business, we have adopted an unwavering ‘relationship-first’ and ‘business-second’ mindset. This steadfast resolve has seen us form deep and lasting relationships with our clients. Don’t take our word for it, all you need to do is check out what our customers say about us.

Collaborative Partners
We see ourselves as ‘collaborative’ partners with our clients and see our certifications playing a direct role in helping them achieve their business objectives. And going by our track record, we are proud to share that our certifications and accreditations have often received a lot of credit from our clients.

Our Communication – Clear & Responsive
Our clients appreciate our clear and highly responsive communication – when they call us we take the time to explain the process and answer every question to the best we can. Our clients expect and deserve that, so we do everything in our control to provide them with consistent superior communication.

Our Flexibility
Things don’t go to plan – hasn’t the current climate taught us that? The truth has been that even before COVID-19 came along life causes all kinds of upheavals for our clients. And we understand that. Which is why rescheduling audits is not a big, not for us anyway! We are proud to be flexible – we prioritise your availabilities and work around your schedules.

Low-pressure selling approach
We are known for adopting a low-pressure selling approach, we believe you should see the value first and then the price. Which is what we endeavor to do at every touch-point. We genuinely believe that our value proposition comes from our, well…value – which relates to our focus on nurturing relationships with clients and auditors alike and forming a business that has trust at its core, not transaction.

The Price
Ah the price! We are priced competitively and are often told that we are lower than many of the comparable players in the market.
We provide value that is hard to match at a price that doesn’t put barriers for our clients.
Too good and too true!
Don’t take our word for it, request a quote and find out for yourself.

How The Process Works

One of the most important questions we get asked is, how does the process of certification work?
Before we look into that, it is worth understanding why the process is critically important in the first place.
We have seen that business can be concerned that significant non-conformities may be found in their business operations, resulting in a costly and lengthy journey to compliance.

One of the ways we ensure the certification process and the rectification of any non-conformities simple and affordable is through our cutting-edge online portal.
When our clients are seeking certification as part of a tender process, they want to be able to focus their energy and their organisation’s resources on what’s important – so we strive to make their journey to certification as streamlined as possible.
For us at Sustainable Certification, the process is very important and it all starts with advising the client on the right certification to suit their needs.
Sustainable Certification offers a wide range of certifications. To see the full list, click here.
We are more than happy to discuss what certification might suit you.
The process is divided into 4 stages and is as below:

  • The Gap Audit: We review your existing management systems in relation to requirements of the relevant standards for certification.
  • Stage 1 Audit: A review of your management system(s) documentation is undertaken as the first step in the certification process.
  • Certification Audit: The Certification Audit is conducted on site to verify that you have implemented the management system across your organisation.
  • Certification Audit: We will conduct an annual Surveillance Audit to check the ongoing implementation of management systems across your organisation.

We are more than happy to help you understand how the process actually works.
